Into the jungle

This past week afforded me the wonderful opportunity to head out onto course with one of the groups here at Outward Bound. 10 days in the field enjoying the beautiful flora and fauna, camping in the great outdoors, and pooping into little holes I dug in the ground. Not only was camping-out an enjoyable time, we stayed at numerous homes of rural families who live several days hike away from anything resembling a road or a car. In addition to 10 challenging days of hiking, other activities included a tree climb, a service project, a waterfall rappel, processing sugar cane, processing rice, making cheese, baking bread, and even killing a chicken. So now, some photos.

I assure you I didn't take this from the internet
